½ cup rolled oats
1 cup yogurt
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbsp. honey
1 cup milk 


  1. Soak oats in the yogurt for one hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
